At Forever Beautiful, I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. I  also understand that plans can change but as a small business cancellations and no shows can really affect myself and my clients.

 

To ensure fairness for all clients and a smooth running of the business, our cancellation policy  is as follows:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled treatment will not incur a fee.

​

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment will incur 50% of the booking cost.

​

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment will incur the full treatment cost to be paid.

​

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these terms in order to protect my small business, my time and to give others the chance to take your appointment should you no longer require it.

Please note that exceptions may be made in cases of unforeseen circumstances and emergencies.
